Confirmation of joining date for Chief Financial Officer

 

Further to the announcement made on 20 March 2026, Gamma Communications plc
("the Company"), a leading European provider of business-critical
communications technology, confirms that Damien Maltarp will join the Company
as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director on Monday 10 August 2026.

 

There are no other matters that require disclosure under 6.4.8R of the UK
