Transaction in Own Shares

 

Gaming Realms announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

 

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        4th March 2026
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     10,000
 Lowest price per share (pence):          32.80
 Highest price per share (pence):         32.80
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  32.80

 

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

 

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 14,327,305 of its
Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 281,938,709 Ordinary Shares in issue
(excluding treasury shares). The figure of 281,938,709 Ordinary Shares
represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
