Feb 20 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Friday:

**  Axel Springer will back a consortium led by Dovid Efune in a 500 million pound ($673.95 million) bid for the Telegraph Media Group, a company spokesperson told Reuters.

** Pleasant Lake Partners disclosed a roughly 10% stake in toymaker Funko FNKO.O and said the company should consider strategic alternatives, including the possibility of a sale, according to a regulatory filing from Thursday.

** Swiss drugmaker Novartis  will sell its entire 70.68% stake in its listed Indian unit  to a private equity-led consortium for about $159 million, as part of a broader global restructuring.

** Swiss Re Corporate Solutions has agreed to acquire QBE Insurance Group’s global trade credit and surety business, a portfolio expected to generate annual revenues of approximately $200 million.

** J&F, the holding company owned by Brazil's billionaire Batista family, is considering the acquisition of a controlling stake in CSN Cimentos, the cement unit of Brazilian steel and mining group CSN , local newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo reported on Thursday.
