- Marlboro maker Altria MO.N said on Wednesday it
plans to sell 35 million shares of brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev

- Fossil Group FOSL.O said on Wednesday that Kosta
Kartsotis has stepped down as chief executive as the company

structure.
- The U.S. Treasury Department is investigating $165
