U.S. stock index futures rose on Wednesday, with Nike bringing cheer to markets
after it reported better-than-expected results, while investors awaited more
economic data for hints on the path of future interest rate hikes. .N 
    At 6:59 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.80% at 33,316. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.58% at 3,871.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up
0.38% at 11,218.75.
