Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for
the aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets, announces
that the Company has received notification that Mrs D.M. Dixon holds
13,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 5.91
