    ** Co appoints Dirk Montgomery as CEO, effective April 13 
    ** Montgomery has served as interim CEO since December 8,
2022, prior to which he was CFO of the company since September
9, 2019
    ** Former CEO Richard Stockinger stepped down from his role
on December 8, 2022
    ** Stock has risen 15.2% so far in 2023
