State-owned QatarEnergy will have to declare force majeure on long-term contracts for up to five years for LNG supplies bound for Italy, Belgium, South Korea, and China due to Iranian attacks, QatarEnergy's CEO and state minister for energy affairs Saad al-Kaabi told Reuters on Thursday.

Alessandro Daffina, chairman of Rothschild & Co Italia, will shortly join the board of the payments company as a representative of Hellman & Friedman, as soon as the two directors appointed by former shareholders Bain and Advent quit their seats, two people close to the matter said. Under Nexi's shareholder agreements, H&F can indicate the chairman of the board.

Moody's confirmed the bank's long-term senior debt and deposit ratings at ‘A3’, with a stable outlook, UniCredit said on Thursday. It added that, in the event of an acquisition of Commerzbank, its stand‑alone rating could be upgraded to ‘Baa1’ from the current ‘Baa2’.

FERRARI RACE.MI, STELLANTIS STLAM.MI

The Italian luxury sports car maker Ferrari and Stellantis' STLAM.MI premium brand Maserati said on Thursday they had temporarily suspended deliveries in the Middle East, as war rages in the region.

The Italian yacht maker said on Thursday that its owner- the Perotti family - holds 61.12% of the company's share capital, and 74.73% of its voting rights, mostly through a vehicle called Ocean.

ENEL ENEI.MI

A Brazilian court granted the local unit of the Italian power firm in Sao Paulo state a preliminary injunction to suspend proceedings by the country's power regulator ANEEL regarding the potential termination of the company's services contract, a document showed on Thursday.
