CLARIANT AG CLN.S

The company said it rejects TotalEnergie's TTEF.PA allegations related to the 2020 competition law infringement.

MEYER BURGER TECHNOLOGY AG MBTN.S

Bondholders approved changes to convertible bonds maturing in 2027 and 2029 to inject fresh capital into the business.

FEINTOOL INTERNATIONAL HOLDING AG FTON.S

The company gave no guidance for 2025, citing continued low visibility in Europe.

KUDELSKI SA KUD.S -The company said it plans to cut 160 jobs during its 2025 restructuring.
