   equity interest in the target with issue of consideration shares and (2) 
   proposed issue of new shares under general mandate  8100.HK  
 * Deal for hk$20.4 million 
 * Says purchaser (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the vendor 
   entered into the sp agreement 
 * Purchaser is Lucky Famous Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company 
   and vendor, Fragrant River Entertainment Culture (Holdings) Limited
