 * Discloseable transaction: acquisition of approximately 30% of the issued  share capital of the target  8100.HK  
 * The vendor has conditionally agreed to sell, the sale shares 
 * Says the purchaser (a wholly- owned subsidiary of the company) and the vendor entered into the sp agreement 
 * Deal for hk$34.5 million
