U.S. stock index futures were subdued on Wednesday as investors stayed away from
making big bets ahead of monthly retail sales data and the release of minutes
from the U.S Federal Reserve's January meeting  .N 
    At 7:30 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were unchanged at 31,458. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were down 0.04% at 3,926, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were
down 0.21% at 13,738.5.
