NOTICE OF FULL YEAR 2025 RESULTS

 

Essentra plc, a leading global provider of essential components and solutions,
will report its full year results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025
on Tuesday 17 March 2026.

The results will be published at 7:00 am (UK time) that day through the
regulatory news service and on the Company's website

There will be a presentation to analysts and investors starting at 9:00 am,
with registration from 8:30 am, on Tuesday 17 March 2026, at the offices of
Peel Hunt (100 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 2AT).
