Italy - Factors to watch on March 13

The following factors could affect Italian markets on Wednesday.

    ECONOMY
    ISTAT releases Q4 labour market data (0900 GMT).
    
    DEBT
    Treasury sells following BTP bonds: 2.5-3.0 billion euros
2.95% due Feb. 15, 2027; 2.5-3.0 billion euros 3.50% due Feb.
15, 2031; 1.0-1.25 billion euros 3.25% due March 1, 2038;
1.0-1.25 billion euros 4.0% Green bonds due Oct. 30, 2031.

    COMPANIES
    TOD'S  TOD.MI 
    The Italian luxury group said on Tuesday its operating
profit rose to 94.7 million euros ($103.3 million) last year
from 58.2 a year earlier, ahead of L Catterton's offer aimed at
delisting the company.
    A company executive told analysts sales grew in January and
February in all regions but China, where they were slightly
down.
    
    MEDIOBANCA  MDBI.MI 
    The Italian bank sold on Tuesday 500 million euros of senior
non-preferred bonds with a 6-year maturity.  
    
    BANCO DI DESIO  DESI.MI  
    The regional bank said on Tuesday it would submit to
shareholders a buyback plan on up to 3% of share capital, for up
to 20.2 million euros.
    
    LAZIO  LAZI.MI 
    The club's head coach Maurizio Sarri has tendered his
resignation after a string of negative results, Italian media
reported on Tuesday. 
    
    ENI  ENI.MI 
    Eni said on Tuesday it completed the sale of some upstream
assets in Congo to Anglo-French oil firm Perenco. Last year,
when it announced the deal, Eni said the transaction was worth
around $300 million.

    Releases FY results (0700 GMT), followed by conference call
