Brief: ERG to buy back up to 4.22 pct of its own shares

March 31 (Reuters) - ERG SA  ERGA.WA : 
    * Said on Thursday that it resolved to buy back the 
company's own shares 
    * ERG will buy back up to 37,000 of its shares at 85 zlotys 
($21.51) per share, representing 4.22 pct of its share capital 
    * The shares will be bought back from April 10 to April 14
