Total Voting Rights

Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Company"), the leading manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, confirms that as at 31 August 2021, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consisted of 145,305,993 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), of which a total of 388,000 Ordinary Shares were held in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company was 144,917,993. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
