Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN), the leading manufacturer of energy efficient and
low maintenance building products, with significant market shares, supplying
the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing
sectors, announces that on 4 August 2023 Jon Bednall, Chief Executive Officer,
transferred 160,000 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding to a SIPP in his name.
Following the transfer, his beneficial interest of 873,201 Ordinary Shares
remains unchanged.
