 * I) termination of memorandum of understanding; and (II) change in use of 
proceeds from placing  1102.HK  
 * Says company and the vendor agreed to terminate the mou on 11 January 2016 
 * No definitive or binding agreement was entered into by the purchaser and the 
vendor 
 * Says group will also continue to look for other investment opportunities
