BBVA expects large investment funds such as Blackrock, Vanguard or Norway's sovereign fund will hand over their Sabadell shares so that it would secure 30% in the smaller bank, El Pais reported on Wednesday, citing unnamed market sources.
IBERDROLA IBE.MC, REPSOL REP.MC, ENDESA ELE.MC
Repsol and about twenty other companies such as Iberdrola and Endesa have started a lawsuit against the Spanish government in the Supreme Court over the April blackout that left the country without power for 12 hours, Expansion reported on Wednesday, citing unnamed judicial sources.
GESTAMP GEST.MC
Gestamp said on Tuesday it priced 500 million euro ($590.05 million) senior secured bonds due 2030 with a 4.375% coupon.

Nextil said on Tuesday it booked a 1.3 million euro net profit in the first half of the year.
