IBERDROLA IBE.MC

HSBC raised Iberdrola's target price to 18.2 euros ($21.22) from 18 euros.

ENDESA ELE.MC

HSBC raised Endesa's target price to 29.2 euros from 28 euros.

INDRA IDR.MC

Indra is negotiating the sale of its business process outsourcing unit, valued at around 100 million euros, with Teknei, Expansion reported on Friday, citing unnamed market sources.

NEINOR HOMES HOME.MC

Neinor Homes said on Friday it completed a 140 million euro capital increase, with Orion Real Estate subscribing 100 million euros and the rest placed through an accelerated book building at an issue price of 15.73 euros per share.

VISCOFAN VIS.MC

Viscofan said on Thursday it booked a 38.9 million euro net profit in the third quarter, a 3.7% increase year-on-year.
