ENAGAS ENAG.MC
Spanish gas grid operator Enagas said on Tuesday it has reached an agreement with Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC to buy a 31.5% stake in French gas grid operator Terega.
Separately, the company said it completed the sale of a 40% stake in its renewables unit Enagas Renovable to Hy24 for 48 million euros.
Enagas also reported Q1 net profit of 56.9 million euros.

The company said on Monday that the senior executive and executive director Miguel Ollero passed away. Ollero acted as chief operating and chief financial officer of the company.

Estee Lauder has asked J.P. Morgan to structure about 5 billion euros of financing for a potential takeover bid for Spain's Puig, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday, citing sources.
SQUIRREL MEDIA SQRL.MC
Squirrel Media said on Monday it has completed the acquisition of Grupo Green Shark and that the integration will be rolled out progressively over the coming months.
CELLNEX CLNX.MC
Berenberg cut its target price on Cellnex to 38 euros from 46.
