Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on April 21

April 21 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

ENAGAS ENAG.MC

Spanish gas grid operator Enagas said on Tuesday it has reached an agreement with Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC to buy a 31.5% stake in French gas grid operator Terega.

Separately, the company said it completed the sale of a 40% stake in its renewables unit Enagas Renovable to Hy24 for 48 million euros.

Enagas also reported Q1 net profit of 56.9 million euros.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC, ENDESA ELE.MC

The CEOs of utilities Iberdrola and Endesa on Monday defended the operation of their companies' power plants during the unprecedented blackout that plunged the Iberian Peninsula into the dark last year.

NEINOR HOMES HOME.MC

Spanish homebuilder Neinor Homes said on Monday that CEO Borja García-Egotxeaga would step down at the end of 2026, to be succeeded by the company's current Chief Financial Officer Jordi Argemi.

MERLIN PROPERTIES MRL.MC

The company said on Monday that the senior executive and executive director Miguel Ollero passed away. Ollero acted as chief operating and chief financial officer of the company.

PUIG PUIGb.MC , ESTEE LAUDER EL.N

Estee Lauder has asked J.P. Morgan to structure about 5 billion euros of financing for a potential takeover bid for Spain's Puig, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday, citing sources.

SQUIRREL MEDIA SQRL.MC

Squirrel Media said on Monday it has completed the acquisition of Grupo Green Shark and that the integration will be rolled out progressively over the coming months.

CELLNEX CLNX.MC

Berenberg cut its target price on Cellnex to 38 euros from 46.
