The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper
reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified

    Spain's Santander on Friday said it was on track to meet its
2022 profitability target due to a solid business performance
mainly in its American markets and a recovery in Europe.

    Separately, Credit Suisse raised Santander rating to
"outperform" from "neutral", also raised its target price to 4

    BBVA  BBVA.MC 
    Spain's BBVA said on Thursday it had secured the regulatory
approval needed to launch a voluntary takeover bid for the
50.15% stake it does not already own in its Turkish unit Garanti
as it increases its bet on more risky emerging

    FLUIDRA  FLUI.MC 
    Fluidra said on Thursday it had proposed 0.85 euros per
share gross dividend linked to unrestricted voluntary reserves

    CORPORACION FINANCIERA ALBA  ALB.MC 
    Corporacion Financiera Alba said it had completed the sale
of 28.07% stake in Satlink for 48.5 million euros, obtaining a

    INMOBILIARIA DEL SUR  ISUR.MC 
    Inmobiliaria del Sur said on Thursday it would pay a
complementary dividend of 0.16 euros per share on July 1.

    Credit Suisse raised Caixabank rating to "outperform" from
