The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq hit all-time highs on Wednesday as Joe Biden prepared
to take charge as U.S. President, while Netflix shares surged after saying it
will no longer need to borrow billions of dollars to finance its TV shows and
movies.  .N 
    At 10:39 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.66% at
31,135.39. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 1.07% at 3,839.42 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 1.79% at 13,433.759.
