** Shares of security solutions provider  DSS.A  slip as
much as ~20% to $8.02, set to snap three straight sessions of
gains
    ** DSS prices http://irdirect.net/prviewer/release/id/4358087
 stock offering at $7.80/share, a discount of 22% from stock's
last close
    ** Company to raise $6 mln in proceeds from the offering
    ** New issue consists of 769,230 shares, representing ~36.6%
of company's outstanding stock 
    ** Will use proceeds to fund new business lines and 
acquisition opportunities, working capital needs, among others -
DSS 
    ** Including Wednesday's decline, stock down 11.2% for the
year
