Document Security Solutions rises on licensing deal with ProPhase Labs

** Shares of Document Security Solutions  DSS.A  jump 14% to
42 cents premarket - set for highest daily percentage rise since
March 11, if gains hold
    ** Says its unit Impact BioMedical signed a licensing deal
with a unit of ProPhase Labs Inc  PRPH.O  over two patented
small molecule inhibitors    
    ** The two molecules have significant potential across
multiple therapeutic indications
    ** Co says intends to initiate further development and
studies of one of the molecules, LB-1, as a potential cancer
co-therapy
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock had fallen ~45% YTD
