** Co appoints Michael Kuta as president, CEO and director,
effective immediately
** Kuta was co's CFO from 2014 to Jan. 2023; in Jan 2023, he
assumed the role of BOOM's interim co-CEO
** BOOM shares down 6.1% YTD
