 * Env-discloseable transactions in relation to the acquisitions of 51% equity 
   interest in Wuxi taidi metal products co., ltd.  1452.HK  
 * Says unit entered into an equity transfer agreement with the vendors 
 * Deal for total consideration of approximately RMB21.9 million 
 * Says pursuant to agreement Beijing Denox has conditionally agreed to acquire 
   the sale shares 
 * Total consideration for acquisitions satisfied by the proceeds raised from 
   the initial public offering of the company
