NZ's Delegat Group falls on weak HY results, guidance downgrade

** Shares of Delegat Group DGL.NZ fall 2% to NZ$4.8, hitting their lowest since Feb 13

** New Zealand-based winemaker logs HY net income of NZ$28.3 mln ($15.87 mln), down 25% from the same period last year

** Expects FY25 operating NPAT to be at lower end of range NZ$55 mln to NZ$60 mln

** More than 24,000 shares change hands, 3.6 times the 30-day avg

** Stock up 0.8% YTD, including current session's moves
