D-Plus Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the new car leasing (subscription) business for individuals. It operates a store-type business with stores in the Tokai and Kansai regions. It procures mainly new cars from car dealers or acquires unused vehicles from the auction market, and provides services to customers, including leasing, insurance, after-sales maintenance and others. In the car leasing business, costs such as taxes, vehicle inspections, maintenance, and insurance are included in a fixed monthly fee, and new car leasing services are mainly provided to individual customers. Auction sales business sells used cars purchased at stores. It also operates used car sales business that sells vehicles. Vehicle inspection business performs statutory inspections and maintenance work for vehicles. Sheet metal repair business handles repairs to the exterior of vehicles. Other businesses include the sale of automobile insurance, new cars and car leases.
