** Shares of Critical Mineral Resources Plc CMRS.L jump as
much as 9.6% to 3.98p
** Exploration and development company focused on clean
energy metals signs agreement to earn-in to Zagora Cobalt
Project in Morocco
** UK-based co says near-surface cobalt structure provides
potential for a shallow discovery
** CMRS says Zagora project strategically located, about
90km south of the Bou Azzer district mined by Managem Group,
which has agreements to supply cobalt to BMW and Renault
** Currently stock up 3.4%, trimming YTD losses to ~12%
