RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 2(nd) March 2026, it transferred to participants
in its employee share schemes 18,022 Ordinary Shares at prices of £25.55 and
£31.04 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 35,643,874 Ordinary Shares in
Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares)
is 669,948,603.
