Ten major banks including Bank of America BAC.N, Deutsche Bank DBKGn.DE, Goldman Sachs GS.N and UBS UBSG.S are jointly exploring issuing a stablecoin, the latest sign of traditional finance seeking to get to grips with the growth of digital assets.

FERROVIAL FERF.AS

Ferrovial plans to sell its industrial subsidiary Siemsa to further distance itself from the services business, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Monday.

ACCIONA ENERGIA ANE.MC

Acciona Energia has applied for up to four concessions in Chilean waters for potentially undertaking major offshore wind investments, each concession covering a planned offshore wind project of around 1,100 megawatts, according to documents submitted to the country's Undersecretariat for the Armed Forces, Spanish online news website El Economista reported on Monday.

URBAS UBS.MC

Last month, Spain's National Securities Market Commission required Urbas to commission a forensic audit to detect possible irregularities in its accounts, a task assigned to Deloitte. The regulator received a draft report in late September and has asked for the review to be expanded amid suggestions that there may be irregularities in additional operations, Spanish online news website El Confidencial reported on Monday.
