May 16 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

ACS ACS.MC

ACS has started negotiations with potential investors in the United States to sell its service unit Clece, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Friday, without citing sources. Cinco Dias also said the company was seeking to sell a 50% stake in data centres and renewable unit.

ACCIONA ENERGIA ANE.MC

RBC cut its target price to 23 euros from 27 euros.
