INDITEX ITX.MC

Zara owner Inditex ITX.MC on Wednesday reported a slower start to its first quarter starting February 1, raising questions around its ability to keep building on rapid recent growth and sending its shares down 8%.

Separately, HSBC cut its target price to 54 euros ($58.75)from 57 euros.

BBVA BBVA.MC

Spain's BBVA BBVA.MC plans to double revenues in its corporate and investment banking unit in the next few years as part of a new strategy to be announced later in 2025, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Telefonica agreed to sell its 67.5% stake in its Colombian unit to Millicom MICC.F for $400 million. nTUAC1TNCM

FERROVIAL FERF.AS

Ferrovial said on Wednesday it intends to pay one or more scrip dividends in 2025 for about 570 million euros.

ACCIONA ENERGIA ANE.MC

HSBC cut its target price to 20 euros from 21 euros.

ACERINOX ACX.MC

JP Morgan cut its target price to 12.1 euros from 12.2 euros.
