June 26 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

BBVA BBVA.MC

BBVA said on Wednesday it had approved the issue of securities contingently convertible into newly issued ordinary shares worth up to 1.50 billion euros ($1.75 billion).

ACCIONA ENERGIA ANE.MC

Acciona Energia said it received binding offers for operating wind farms with a total capacity of 440 megawatts. Spanish newspaper Expansion said the assets are worth around 600 million euros, according to unnamed financial sources.

ACS ACS.MC

ACS's Dragados said on Wednesday it had acquired 100% of Chilean company Fleischmann.

Separately, its Australian unit Cimic said on Wednesday its subsidiary Thiess had secured a A$2.3 billion ($1.50 billion)contract to expand Jellinbah Group's Lake Vermont mine in Queensland, Australia.

Berenberg resumed coverage of Cellnex with "buy" rating and a price target of 46 euros.
