July 29 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy.

Spanish power utility Endesa posted on Tuesday a 30% increase in first-half net profit and warned that the proposed remuneration framework for power grids investments in Spain doesn't offer the right incentives.

ACCIONA ANA.MC

Acciona has booked a net profit of 526 million euros in the first six months of the year, the company said on Monday.

ACCIONA ENERGIA ANE.MC

Acciona Energia has booked a net profit of 455 million euros  ($527.03 million) in the first six months of the year, the company said on Monday.

Separately, it said it agreed to sell wind farms in Spain with a combined capacity of 440 MegaWatts for 530 million euros to Opdenergy, which is owned by French infrastructure investment fund Antin ANTIN.PA.

UNICAJA UNI.MC

Spain's Unicaja on Tuesday said its net profit fell 2.4% in the second quarter compared to the same period in 2024 due to the impact from the renewed banking tax and lower lending income.

GESTAMP GEST.MC

Gestamp has booked a net profit of 75 million euros in the first six months of the year, the company said on Monday.

PROSEGUR PSG.MC

Prosegur has booked a net profit of 64 million euros in the first six months of the year, the company said on Tuesday.

VOCENTO VOC.MC

Vocento's unit Federico Domenech has signed an agreement with a private investor to sell Las Provincias headquarters for 7.6 million euros, the company said on Monday.

REPSOL REP.MC

Repsol has bought a minority stake in Estonian electrolyser manufacturer Stargate Hydrogen, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Tuesday, citing both companies.

CELLNEX CLNX.MC

JP Morgan has cut its target price to 44.5 euros from 53.5 euros.
