CAIXABANK CABK.MC:

Caixabank said on Wednesday it placed a £500 million senior non-preferred bond.

Deutsche Bank raises target price to 9.15 euros from 7.75 euros.

CELLNEX CLNX.MC:

Cellnex said on Wednesday the company will pay a dividend of 0.37 euros per share on January 15 and suspends its share buy-back program.

ACCIONA ENERGIA ANE.MC:

Acciona Energia completes the sale of 440mw of wind assets in Spain to Opdenergy, the company said on Wednesday.

CIE AUTOMOTIVE CIEA.MC:

BNP Paribas, JPMorgan said on Thursday it closed the placement of about 3.58% of CIE Automotive at 27.75 euros per share.

AEDAS HOMES AEDAS.MC:

Board of Aedas Homes said on Wednesday the price of Neinor's bid couldn't be considered fair, issuing an unfavourable opinion on the offer.

FCC FCC.MC, ACS ACS.MC, FERROVIAL FERF.AS:

Transport for London has invited FCC, ACS unit Dragados and Ferrovial to bid for a £1.7 billion extension of the Docklands Light Railway, with contract awards expected by late 2026, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Thursday.

AMADEUS AMA.MC:

JPMorgan cuts Amadeus' target price to 71 euros from 75 euros.

BANKINTER BKT.MC:

Goldman Sachs cuts Bankinter to sell from neutral; cuts target price to 13.1 euros from 13.53 euros.

BBVA BBVA.MC:

Deutsche Bank raises target price to 19.75 euros from 15.9 euros.

INDITEX ITX.MC:

Deutsche Bank raises target price to 53 euros from 48 euros.
