April 25 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

BBVA BBVA.MC SABADELL SABE.MC

Spain's competition watchdog CNMC is set to approve BBVA's proposed acquisition of rival Sabadell as early as next week, two sources with knowledge of the matter told Reuters, potentially clearing another hurdle in the long-running hostile takeover bid.

INDRA IDR.MC

Indra is evaluating a merger with Escribano Mechanical & Engineering, a defence company owned by the family of Indra's executive chairman Angel Escribano, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Friday citing several unidentified market sources.

ACCIONA ENERGIA ANE.MC

The company said on Thursday it would propose shareholders a gross dividend of 0.44 euro ($0.4985) per share.

PUIG PUIGb.MC

Puig said on Friday it would propose a gross dividend of 0.377 euros per share to be paid from June 12.

PHARMAMAR PHMR.MC

The company reported on Thursday a first quarter net loss of 3.9 million euros.

DIA DIDA.MC

DIA said its total gross sales under banner were worth 1.71 billion euros in the first quarter and said it was confident to meet its 2025-29 targets.

CORPORACION FINANCIERA ALBA ALB.MC

Spanish stock market regulator CNMV suspended Alba's share trading on Thursday until the company's delisting.
