Notice of Publication of 2025 Annual Report and Accounts

 

Conduit Holdings, the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, a multi-line
Bermuda-based reinsurance business, announces that it has today issued its
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, together with
its 2025 Sustainability and 2025 ClimateWise Reports. This follows the release
of Conduit's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2025,
published on 18 February 2026.

The documents are available to view on Conduit's website at

Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be submitted to
the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at
