** Nicaragua-focused gold explorer and developer confirms
three site visits and five non-binding offers for sale of co's
assets
** CNDR is in non-disclosure agreements with eight cos for
same sale
** "While sales process is taking longer than anticipated,
new enquires continue to be received" - CNDR
** Stock on track to log best day since June 6, if trend
holds
** Up to last close, stock rose nearly 42% so far this year
