UK's Condor Gold rises on potential takeover proposal from Metals Exploration

** Shares of Condor Gold PLC CNDR.L rise 26% to ~30.25p
** The gold exploration & development firm says it has
received two non-binding takeover proposals from Calibre Mining
Corp CXB.TO and Metals Exploration PLC MTL.L
** CNDR says there can be no certainty that any firm offer
will be made, nor as to the terms on which any firm offer might
be made
** MTL confirms that it is in advanced-stage discussions
with Condor's board regarding a possible offer
** Calibre says they do not intend to make an offer for
Condor
** As of last close, Condor stock down ~5.88%, Calibre
Mining up ~83.82%, and Metals Exploration up ~116.15%, YTD
