Jan 13 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    CNOVA  CNV.PA , CASINO  CASP.PA :
    Cnova NV, the e-commerce arm of French retailer Casino, on
Thursday said it had appointed Thomas Metivier as Executive
Director and CEO. He has also been appointed as CEO of
Cdiscount, another subsidiary of Casino Group.
    EDF  EDF.PA :
    Total nuclear production in France reached 279.0 terawatt
hours (TWH) in 2022, a 22.7% drop when compared with the
previous year, French power group EDF said on Thursday.
    JCDECAUX  JCDX.PA :
    The French advertising company announced on Thursday the
renewal of its advertising concession with Singapore Changi
Airport for 7 years, from 2023 until 2029, with an option for
further 5 years' extension to 2034.
    TF1  TFFP.PA :
    French television company TF1 announced on Thursday the
signature of a new partnership agreement with all the actors
from the sector: AnimFrance, SATEV, SPECT, SPI, USPA, SEDPA,
SACD and SCAM.
    VERALLIA  VRLA.PA :
    French glass bottle maker Verallia said on Thursday to build
 two new furnaces in Europe by 2026 to increase its capacity
production.
    VINCI  SGEF.PA : 
    French construction group announced on Thursday that ASF
(Autoroutes du Sud de la France) has successfully issued a
10-year 700 million euros bond. 
    Vinci Airports' passenger trafic was 51% higher in the
fourth quarter compared with the same period last year, the
company also said on Thursday.
