Exclusivity period extended
Ooredoo Group and CK Hutchison Extend Exclusivity Period for negotiations to combine their Indonesian Businesses
Doha, Qatar, 16 August 2021: Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. ("Ooredoo") - Ticker: ORDS and CK Hutchison Holdings Limited ("CK Hutchison") (together the "Parties") have agreed to extend the period of exclusivity for the non-legally binding Memorandum of Understanding in relation to a possible transaction to combine PT Indosat Tbk ("Indosat") and PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia ("3 Indonesia"), until 23 September 2021.
