Northumbrian Water Limited receives its PR19 Final Determination from the
Competition and Markets Authority
 
 
Northumbrian Water Finance PLC (NWF) today (17 March 2021) announced that Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL), the parent company of NWF and the guarantor of its bonds, has received its PR19 Final Determination from the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
 
Commenting on today's CMA Final Determination, NWL's Chief Executive Officer, Heidi Mottram said:
 
"The NWL Board will now take time to thoroughly review and discuss the CMA's conclusions and consider what this means for our customers and stakeholders"
