BLOCK ADMISSION APPLICATION

 

 

An application has been made for up to 32,839,962 ordinary shares of 25 pence
to be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

 

The shares may be allotted and issued from time to time for cash pursuant to
the Company's existing shareholder authority and to satisfy investor demand,
provided that any such issues are made at prices above the prevailing net
asset value per share. Any shares will, when issued, rank equally with the
existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will
become effective at 8.00 am on 8 May 2026.
