OF THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY AND CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION TO TRADING ON
THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE'S MAIN MARKET

(together, the "Notes")

 

Clause 1 (Standard Interpretation Provision) of the RMBS Framework Terms,
Edition 1, dated 1 November 2016 and signed by or on behalf of Citibank, N.A.,
London Branch (as the Security Trustee) for the purposes of identification (as
the same may be amended, varied or supplemented from time to time) in relation
to the Issuer's residential mortgage backed securities programme shall apply
to this notice as if set out in this paragraph and treating this notice as the
Principal Document.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to each Holder of a Note that:

 

(a)        the Issuer has fully redeemed all of the Notes on 15 May
2026;

(b)       the Financial Conduct Authority in its capacity as the
competent authority under the UK Public Offers and Admissions to Trading
Regulations 2024 (the FCA (as the UK's securities regulator)) and the London
Stock Exchange plc (the London Stock Exchange) have each been informed by the
Issuer that the Issuer has fully redeemed all of the Notes on 15 May 2026,
pursuant to Base Condition 6.4 of the Note Conditions in respect of the Notes;

(c)        The Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Notes on the
official list of the Financial Conduct Authority.

(d)       the FCA (as the UK's securities regulator) will cancel the
listing of the Notes on the official list of the Financial Conduct Authority
with effect from on or about 15 May 2026; and

(e)        the London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of the
Notes to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market with effect from
15 May 2026.

 

This notice is given on 18 May 2026.
