   unconditional cash offer by prudential brokerage limited for and on behalf of

 * Deal for a total consideration of hk$566.4 million 
 * Says the vendors,citydev investments, and the offeror, China tian yuan 
   manganese, entered into the share purchase agreement 
 * Application has been made for resumption of trading in the shares on the 
   stock exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 25 July 2016 
 * Offeror agreed to acquire the sale shares, being 200.9 million shares, of the
