Adjustment to the Composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee
under the Tenth Session of the Board of Directors

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co.,
Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the 12th meeting of the
tenth session of the Board held on 12 May 2025, Ms. CHEN Xin was elected as a
member and the chairwoman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee under
the tenth session of the Board. The composition of the Nomination and
Remuneration Committee after the adjustment is as follows:

 

Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Chairwoman: CHEN Xin (Independent non-executive director)

Other members: WANG Tayu (Non-executive director)

CHIN Hung I David (Independent non-executive director)

JIANG Xuping (Independent non-executive director)

 

The composition of other special committees under the Board remains unchanged.
