    * Aproud Technology entered into share subscription 
agreement with Forever Opensource 
    * Agreement at a consideration of RMB 50 million 
    * Haotian Jiajie entered into loan agreement with Ma Yue as 
borrower 
    * Haotian Jiajie agreed to lend to Ma Yue a loan in 
principal amount of RMB30 million
