** Hong Kong-listed shares of China Everbright Greentech Ltd
 1257.HK  surges 9 pct to their highest since July 24, after it
reports strong H1 profit
    ** Stock is set for best day since its debut in May 2017
    ** The environmental protection services provider said on
Monday its half year profit attributable increased by 41 percent

    ** The company has outperformed the Hang Seng Commerce &
Industry Index sector  .HSNC  by 3.2 percentage points in the
past one month
    ** As of the previous close, the stock had risen 6.81
percent so far this year
   ** Hong Kong's benchmark HSI index  .HSI  rises 1 pct
